Administration Suggestions

Im not the total tyrant who has one way of doing things and one way only! I'm here to give you a site that pleases you and in order to do that I need to know what you like in a site, and how you want it to look, feel, and work. At the same time, I need to make it attractive to new members. So, all suggestions and critics are welcome, as long as they are friendly. The site rules apply in this thread too.
