Okay, so, I'm writing a book. And this is about the seventh time I've rewritten it. I started it about 5 years ago. :3 Anyway I guess I'll post what it consists off at the moment.

Tiny splinters of ice flew out behind Black as he sped across a seemingly endless icy plane. Ahead of him the dull grey sky met the horizon and behind him he could clearly here the sounds of another’s heavy breathing and the pounding of gigantic paws. He forced his eyes to stay on the horizon, fearful of the creature, which could hardly be called a wolf, chasing him. Suddenly a column of fire leaped up in front of him, he skidded on the slick ice and his eyes widened in fear as the fiery column parted to reveal another of his dreaded enemies: The Vix. It stood a full foot taller that Black at the shoulders. It was a terrible, twisted being. It’s lanky frame was hunched over, almost human but covered in red and brown fur and it’s hind feet were elongated paws. Above it’s back curled a brilliant crimson whip of a tail. Instead of paws it’s front feet were five toed hawk’s feet. They served, in a way, as crooked hands. On its face was a golden beak instead of a snout. The Vix reared up on it’s hind legs and slashed its deadly talons through the air, whereas the cold creature chasing Black leaped toward him.
Trapped, Black tipped his snout to the air and let out a desperate howl. The sound was quickly muffled by his two enemies as they crashed into him. Black felt Vix’s superheated claws drive themselves into his shoulders and then drag him from the other creature’s cold ones.
“Leave us.” The Vix ordered, and Black’s cold pursuer stalked away with a sulky disappointed look on his canine face.
“You always spoil the fun.” Ice said silkily and stuck his tongue out at Vix. Suddenly with a blast of cold wind he was gone, leaving Vix and Black alone.
Black stared up at his captor, a blank pain in his eyes.
“What do you want with me..?” Black said, his voice barely a whisper. The Vix let out a hearty laugh.
“Same thing I wanted all those years ago, Black.” He said, the barren cold landscape around him starting to fade into blackness.
“Return to me, it is the only place left for you.”
“Never!” Black leaped to his paws, sending the Vix flying high into the air. Black lunged after him, dark wings expanded from his shoulders and lifted him high in the air, but still he could not catch the Vix’s fleeting figure.
“Why don’t you face me!” He shouted, the desparate sound back in his voice. The Vix clicked it’s beak, a distant sound.
“Why don’t you face me?” It said, and then it was gone and Black was left in utter darkness.
He leaped to his paws, his eyes blind once more. Soon his supernatural sense of everything returned with a jolt and he found that Endor was staring at him. The little fiery stallion snorted a plume of smoke ejecting from his petite nostrils.
“Have another dream?” He asked with a small squeal. Black nodded and sat back on his haunches, allowing his battle-wary muscles to relax. He was a dog of medium stature, his long lanky frame and oversize paws hinted his immaturity. His long unkempt fur was the deepest black, and his eyes were a foggy sky blue. Around his neck hung a red-tipped feather and next to him sat a small dainty Arabian horse. The horse’s name was Endor, which, conwincidentally, meant ‘fire’ in his native language. Black let his eyes wander across Endor’s soft coat, wondering vaguely what color he was. Not that appearences mattered to Black; he was never concerned with what an opponent looked like, only what he was capable of.
THAT'S IT! Yay, hope you enjoy. Beware this will be constantly edited and expanded, so check back often if you like it.
